A daily intake of any fruit helps the body fight against many health problems by its natural hydration, and helps maintain the normal body processes. Dry fruits are a very common source of nutrition, and they are known as dry fruits just because the water content in them is decreased.  These fruits are favorites among children because of their rich flavor. Some fruits are dried naturally like raisins, apricots, dates, figs, etc. Others like mangoes and berries are mixed with a sweetening agent prior to drying.

The low calorie content in fruits makes it unavoidable in any diet plan. Natural fruits and dry fruits contain almost no fat and cholesterol. The low calorie in fruits helps the body reduce weight and the high nutrient supply keeps the body going, and hence it is a part of any healthy weight loss diet.

Eating only fruits for breakfast and until lunch is adopted by a growing number of people to help cleanse their body, and this keep them energized for their ever demanding work.

Long term consumption of fruits is known to fight the signs of aging. Not only the signs of aging like wrinkles but also the age related physical problems like pain, exhaustion, etc. can be reduced, controlled and delayed if not completely averted. Fruits help the skin become bright and glow.

They help in the common rodent problems and are also used as natural dyes. Fruits are also used in the cosmetic industry because of their vitamins value to the skin. Fruits supply with instantiates energy that a person need to fight fatigue just after consuming them.

Fruits are helpful in maintaining health and also to prevent diseases and other aliment. However, just eating the same fruit everyday will not help. The nutrition from a fruit is not sufficient for the body. A mix of nutrition from various fruits regularly over a period of time is required to gain the full potential of fruit nutrition.
